JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Corporation is looking for a full-time Business Systems Analyst to work on the support and administration of Fox's Legal Tracker matter management, e-billing, reporting, and analytics solution, iManage Document Management & Artificial Intelligence system, Anaqua Intellectual Property Management Solution, Rights Management System and other Legal systems.

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Rights Management System

* Analyze and document client requirements for media, business and information technology processes and prepare Statements of Work and project plans.
* Plan, design, and assist in the development and launch of system configuration enhancements and changes and business processes, including developing test plans, conditions/cases, and schedules, track and documenting results and gaining customer sign-off.
* Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements.
* Complete familiarity with RightslLine's SaaS platform services, including the ability to demonstrate and explain the system and configure the system to meet customer needs.

iManage Document Management System

* Conduct and oversee requirements gathering, functional analysis, design activities related to legal, financial and business systems.
* Provide iManage application integration knowledge among various business applications (ex. Office, Outlook, Adobe, internal applications, Box, SharePoint).
* Implement features and business processes identified during the requirements gathering process.
* Lead the development of business group requirements, test schedules, testing plans; tracks and documents the development and results of these plans; lead design discussions and identifies design options.

Anaqua Intellectual Property Management System

* This role is responsible for managing the implementation and support of ANAQUA platform.
* This includes managing project scope, timeline and appropriate communications as necessary.
* This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate internal software, service and client teams to ensure a successful transition.
* Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information into general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements

Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

* Drive and challenge business units on the assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
* Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
* Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates using natural language
* Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
* Develop and implement filing strategies related to patent and trademark protection in the U. S. and internationally
* Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

Legal Tracker System

* Ensure the client's successful and optimum utilization of Legal Tracker products and solutions.
* Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
* Help review and document system processes.
* Constantly be on the lookout for ways to deliver better value to the client; establish and help maintain customer long term relationships.

Systems Administration

* Organize and participate in the training of internal and external stakeholders on various document management, matter management, legal billing and IP-related matters as relate to Fox's legal software and systems.
* Design and execute data/document management procedures, dashboard, and reports.
* Conduct database maintenance, updating and auditing.
* Ability to demonstrate and explain the system and configure the systems to meet customer needs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
* Experience implementing legal systems; iManage and Anaqua; Legal Tracker matter management, e-billing, reporting, and analytics solution.
* The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and client facing skills, with the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience with managing and supporting Rights Management Systems / Rights Solutions - royalty fees, copyrights, residuals, etc. - for a Television/Media company.
* Experience with Programming and Scheduling concepts; Finance and basic accounting principles; SQL querying.
* Experience with SSO such as ADFS, Okta or others.
* Familiarity with Windows desktop support
* Experience with Windows Servers 2012 R2 and 2016
* Familiarity with supporting SQL Server 2014/2017 environments including installation, backups, basic queries and maintenance.
* Basic knowledge in networking and routing concepts
* Ability to understand and follow technical documentation to install and configure enterprise applications
* Knowledge of Agile and SDLC concepts.
* Ability to identify, analyze, and implement solutions to issues as they arise effectively and appropriately.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
* Attention to detail, high quality work standards, the ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure, and responsiveness to all inquiries and other communications.
* Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints;

Preferred

* Proficiency/experience supporting iManage, Anaqua and Legal Trucker systems in a corporate IT or law firm.
* Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification.
* Experience in Film/TV/Music Distribution, Broadcast, or Digital Media is preferred, especially previous work experience at a studio, post house, metadata aggregator, broadcaster, production company, or ad agency.
