Job Description

The role of the IT Security/Privacy Tools Business Analyst is a partner for customers. The role is to ensure and improve the overall quality of IT systems throughout their lifecycle with a focus on compliance with regulatory, legal and finance requirements. You are a customer-focused, highly collaborative individual who enjoys working in a delivery environment. to advance existing emerging business and critical technology according to Roche needs.

The selected candidate will be responsible to:

* Engage with the business in requirement discussions to ensure our solutions address business needs

Work with key stakeholders from both business and IT to support "As Is" and "To Be" business process engineering

* Translation of business processes and needs into specifications and creating appropriate system documentation
* Ensure adherence to applicable policies and standards governing project delivery, CSV, validation and regulatory standards
* Work closely with developers to ensure successful transformation of business requirements into technical design / solution
* Consult team with input into operational delivery, planning and cross project alignment

For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

* Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, including Risk Management and Security.
* Proven experience in gathering user and functional requirements analysis and the technical skills to translate into functional design.
* Ability to author lifecycle documentation (e.g. User Requirements Specification, Functional Specifications)
* Experience with software development methodologies.
* Experience with Pega Business Processes Management software a plus
* Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Ability to work outside the standard office hours and according to different time zones as required. Highly desired if you have a background in data analysis with an understanding of information flow methods (CRUD) and master data management principles including data standards and master data governance
