* Analyzes and designs processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
* Provides technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and supporting systems. They have the business knowledge and perspective of a particular business and the IT needs of that customer.

* Bachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience).
