We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join the Brand Ops team. This role serves as a project manager for creative digital design and copy projects as well as special assignments. S/he is skilled in timelines, creating and tracking a high quantity of marketing content and providing analysis about the success of projects. S/he provides ownership and accountability and sees projects through completion. The ability to manage multiple working and communication styles is key.

Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to offer unique creative solutions, manage/negotiate the expectations of your team and your clients, drive high levels of design production performance in a high-velocity/high-volume work environment, and stay in active communication with the creative teams and external design requestors.

Specifically, the position encompasses the following duties:

Requirements:

* Resource management including resource allocation based on upcoming work.
* Work directly with various teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan
* Sets expectations with internal and external teams and handles prioritization for all work that comes through creative team.
* Manage and monitor changes in scope, prioritization, schedules and costs across sometimes complex, multimedia project
* Facilitates project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,), communicating action steps ensuring all stakeholders have up to date, day to day reports and project milestones.
* Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous.
* Continually work to optimize process and workflow.
* Understand when (and why) to escalate issues. Facilitate meetings, and ensure the team receives clear direction for next steps
* Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines involving all relevant stakeholders
* Establishes strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities.

Qualifications:

* Organizational, time management, scheduling expertise
* Experience with large, complex, multi-stage projects
* Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
* 5+ years of relevant experience in one or both of the following strongly preferred: direct client contact
* Experience with all forms of digital marketing, including mobile, web, and social. Video knowledge is a plus.
* Highly tech literate, should be able to master software and tools quickly.
* Self-starting, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and has the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from Marketing, Leadership, Creative and partners.
* Ability to use data and metrics to measure the performance of design efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams.
* Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with refined and assertive leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy.
* Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development.
* Have relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo).
* Must have previous experience working with design, advertising and/or marketing teams.
* Strong excel skills and experience working with project management software required
* Experience managing large amounts of data
* Agency experience preferred
