The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking career-minded individuals for our BPM/ODM Administrator opportunity in Costa Mesa, CA.

BPM Admin Responsibilities:

* The IBM BPM administrator is responsible for lifecycle management of the business processes and the process instances and tasks that are associated with each. This includes:

o Receiving working code from the application development team and deploying it to the appropriate IBM BPM environments.

o Determining whether anything goes wrong with a process application or process instance and then correcting the appropriate process application or process instance state.

o Maintaining the IBM BPM installation and product version.

* Manages the environment that is hosting the IBM BPM system, including topology design, resource allocation, and monitoring and applying operating system updates.
* Responsible for larger connectivity, network addressability, and routing requirements.
* Manages the WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment environment upon which IBM BPM depends, including pooled threads and database connections, data source definitions, and many of the activities important for tracing the IBM BPM systems.

ODM Admin Responsibilities

Core Skills: z/OS, zLinux, DB2, Jenkins, shell scripting

ODM Platform maintenance

* Overall health of all ODM Components: RES, Decision Center, Decision Warehouse
* Monitoring servers and execution units for performance degradation
* Integration of all logs and machine data into centralized logging platform (Splunk)
* Setup of automated alerts and triggers
* Applying patches & hotfixes for all ODM components
* Tuning & Troubleshooting for performance of runtime execution and database
* Participation in load tests
* Deployment of SSL Security Certificates

ODM Platform Planning

* Participation in ODM sizing and capacity planning exercises
* Planning for ODM version upgrades and migration
* Ownership of current and future ODM server topology

CI/CD Support

* Creation and maintenance of a build server for ODM
* Support maintenance and operations of CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins)
* Support automated deployment to RES from source control (TFS)
