Job Description

BOKS (Build Our Kids Success)is a physical activity program that empowers school communities to improve their children physically, mentally and socially through the power of movement. Backed by science, BOKS provides each school community with a robust curriculum, training and on-going support to establish and maintain impactful programs serving the whole child. In an effort to close the fitness inequality gap, the BOKS program is 100% free to schools so that children have access to the extensive health and wellness benefits of sport and fitness no matter their income level. BOKS is an initiative of Reebok and the Reebok Foundation.


The Salesforce Administrator will be a multifaceted, integral part of the BOKS team across the entire platform. This role is for a tech savvy, detail-oriented, self-starter who can adapt quickly to different business needs and has experience with a variety of functionalities. As the platform guru you will work closely with the team to leverage Salesforce and customizations for success.

The Digital Platform Administrator will:

* Influence, maintain and implement the technology roadmap for BOKS.
* Execute day-to-day system configuration
* Manage launch, post-implementation and ongoing maintenance and management of all BOKS Salesforce Native Platforms (Salesforce Community Trainer Hub; FoundationConnect Grant Management System; Pardot for Salesforce as well as front-end BOKS public facing website utilizing WordPress)
* Act as primary POC between BOKS, adi/Reebok IT Infrastructure and third-party developers
* Work closely with BOKS Team and Enrolled School Program Trainers to improve upon and support business processes
* Provide guidance, training and support to BOKS and Member Schools User group

Key Accountabilities:

System Administrator for the BOKS Salesforce Instance:

* Maintain overall integrity of platform systems through proactive data quality management
* Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues with 3rd party applications
* Perform daily administration and support including user set up, security model upkeep, data model customization, vendor management, and other configuration enhancements
* Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and user support materials

Business Analyst and Solution Architect skills:
* Generate reports that provide meaningful insight into business performance and impact measurement
* Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
* Consultant engagement; manage external partner ongoing relationships; Be the liaison between users
* Lead ongoing development and continuous improvement efforts
* Lead the localization of BOKS infrastructure to global markets as needed
* Develop, manage and update post-implementation of BOKS Trainer Hub, FoundationConnect & Pardot Platform Products Roadmap
* Vet and make appropriate changes as technology and organizational needs evolve
* Analyze complex problems, understand data, provide advice about acting on data, formulate complex solutions, and work with the leadership team on key initiatives
* Support change management activities

Digital Project Manager skills:
* Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
* Manage 3rd party vendor relationships
* Manage internal adi/Reebok infrastructure relationship

Super User - Internal Client Service Manager:
* Coordinate and lead internal group of Power Users across BOKS and Member Schools supporting users
* Gather feedback from Power Users regarding new and current initiatives and status of applications
* Promote and Drive User Adoption
* Design, implement and deliver ongoing training
* Communicate future enhancements and system changes to users
* Develop a feedback system for users
* Monitor and measure user adoption

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

* The ability to understand external customer needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders' cross-functionally to serve those needs
* A passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business problems
* The ability to work independently, to work under supervision, and to work in a team-based and goal-oriented environment
* Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
* Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication skills; Board Level, C-Suite, Peer to Peer, Distributed staff
* A strategic and analytical mind with a creative thought process and mindset


* Bachelor's degree required
* Administrator certification required
* Salesforce App Builder and Architect certifications preferred
* 5 years in roles requiring business process analysis as a key responsibility
* 2 years of experience functioning as a Administrator
* Exposure to 3rd party applications and technologies that integrate and work with
* Strong understanding of and NPSP best practices and functionality
