Client Engagement

* Strong client facing skills; builds client trust and engagement
* Contribute to deal development, qualification activities from early in the engagement
* Understands technical and business objectives of client
* Manages relationship between organization and client
* Makes the connection between industry trends and client needs
* Participates in commercial meetings with the client, their advisors and partners
* Transformation

* Fully understands the client desired business outcomes and how the transformation strategy will deliver them through a series of projects each delivering business value
* Can help construct a transformation plan that is based on a business journey, and walk the customer through the business value and outcomes delivered through that journe

Team Leadership

* Engages, guides and coordinates bid team resources
* Acts as a leader and plays the role of challenger
* Seen as a coach and mentor to team members
* Creates a trust-based high performing team
* Drives the priorities and activities of team members
* Responsible for Partner engagement and communication
* Develops a team who work together successfully across several concurrent pursuits
* Pursuit Management

* Has a detailed knowledge of project management, pursuit management and agile approaches, tools and best practices
* Accountable for the detailed engagement plan, resources and budget
* Leads activities and team, and has the ability to challenge and coach to drive quality outcomes
* Supports the development and messaging of the sales strategy
* Accountable for pursuit planning and execution, working at a strategic level to provide direction and perspective across the engagement
* Anticipate risks and removes barriers
* Has an active and direct impact on the overall quality and success of engagement
* Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to operate effectively, making modifications to reflect changing circumstances


* Can demonstrate successful closure of strategic deals in excess of $50m
* Track record of working with large global organizations
* Experience with technically or commercially complex transactions
* Demonstrates ability to run several large scale transactions concurrently, for different customers
* 5 years+ experience in similar roles
* Ability to work in a fast-changing business environment
* Flexibility and agility, the ability to lead multiple streams of work or engagements at scale at any one time is central to this role
* Provides leadership and guides the teams, stakeholders and client throughout the engagement lifecycle
* Performs an active role in the definition, communication and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan
* Understand clients' current operating model and maturity towards digital in support of achieving a solution and transformation approach to meet that maturity, building and developing a strong team around them to develop and successfully close the opportunity with the client
* Plays an active role in developing and articulating the client transformation journey and proposition to deliver on their business objectives
* Awareness of emerging and trending digital technologies supported by relevant industry knowledge bring credence in the role
