We're looking for BI Solution Architect to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

* You will design and supervise the implementation of dashboards and reporting
* Play a key role in creating/ design standards and style sheets
* You will provide architectural guidance on trade-offs between existing BI tools used for different purposes
* Participate in and guide architectural decisions about tooling and implementation as facts and needs change
* Guide the development of a common semantic model wherever possible; make decisions about how to organize shared information in a way that will support consistency, governance and performance (i.e. which modeled information should be in the DB vs. BI layers)
* Foster enterprise-wide design and reusability
* You will align technical solutions to the strategic plan, weigh short- and long-term needs, prioritize technical debt

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

* The ability to "hit the ground running" on a client's core business
* Experience interviewing and facilitating with VP level business stakeholders
* Expertise in organizing and querying complex data models
* Experience with multiple BI platforms (Power BI and/or Looker, nice to have)
* Insurance experience, nice to have
* 10+ years' experience in Data Analytics

This individual will work with and supervise U.S -- and India-based team members. Work will be primarily remote, with periodic team meetings in a local office and travel to client headquarters approximately 3-4x/year.
