Proliant is seeking a Benefit Implementation Specialist to join our team in Naperville, IL.

Position Description:

The Benefit Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing client benefits into Bswift and effectively integrating employee data and deductions to Proliant Payroll.

The position requires personnel to exercise judgement and act in a consultative manner with clients to ensure the clients understands the services and our system as well as the impact of the settings they request. Able to work both independently as well as within a team environment. Keen attention to detail is a must. Open to sharing and suggesting process and procedure improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze, define, create and test the processes to populate and maintain client data in the bswift system.

Subject matter expert in bswift data needs: initial data conversion, configuration, writing data maps, ongoing data processes and automated audit processes to verify and maintain data integrity

Provide training for clients on how to use the system

Prepare employee and employer communication documents on how to enroll on our state-of-the-art system

Build client sites (including: full implementation of benefit plan rules, details, rates, text and documents)

Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality

Triage client tickets and/or questions (email and voicemail) and provide next response time

Audit system data from various sources, produce reports providing summary and details surrounding the audits

Responsible for the creation of benefit plans in the Bswift software for all clients

Communicate internally and externally with brokers and co-workers to obtain plan design details

Partner with other service product lines to ensure system synergies

Ensure that the system is configured to the clients expectations

Create and maintain excel spreadsheets to load benefit elections and dependent information into the system

Ensure the success of integration between the Bswift systems and Proliant payroll system

Assist internal and external clients with needs, requests, and problems in a timely manner

Communicate with all necessary parties to ensure accuracy of all appropriate data

Work to understand new department processes, procedures and/or programs

Supports internal employee questions and act as mentor for less experienced employees

Ensure all internal controls and procedures are followed for accuracy

Conduct effective Welcome Calls with client and applicable team members.

Create Implementation timeline

Coordinate communication with key personnel and departments throughout the entire implementation process.

Excel in Customer Service

Position Requirements:

3 years of experience in Bswift software

Customer Service Experience

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and its functionality
