Job Description

Job Duties:

* SAP Basis, HANA Administrator to support operation and enhancements of SAP ERP (ECC, BW, BI, BPC, GRC), SAP HANA, Enterprise Portal, and integration with SuccessFactors, Concur and other 3rd-party Products.
* Utilize advanced SAP administration and troubleshooting techniques to complete complex assignments or to solve difficult problems.
* Operational support and guidance to internal SAP, HANA development team.
* Daily system administration and monitoring.
* SAP, HANA system Disaster Recovery and capacity planning.
* Performance tuning and proactive recommendation.
* Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies, and enhancements. Researches and implements enhancements and new technologies as required.
* Provides technical support for the implementation of SAP-based technology Identity Management (IdM), Single Sign-On with SuccessFactors, Concur, and SAP GRC.
* Identifies trends in reported security violations and recommend changes in policies, procedures, or user training/awareness to address unfavorable trends.
* Gathers requirements from internal clients and provide security and technical expertise to support the development of security objects to satisfy business requirements.
* Develops security objects that meet business requirements while adhering to the principle of least privilege.
* Plan and facilitate implementation, test, and other support in the SAP, HANA environments during upgrades and/or implementation of support packages.
* Support after-hours scheduled downtime for maintenance and upgrades.
* Document process flows system diagrams, logical data models, road maps, gap analysis, and other IT artifacts as required.
* Drive the design and development of technology solutions which meet security, network, infrastructure/operations, and customer support requirements to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction with a forward-thinking vision.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

* A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required
* Minimum of 10 years SAP Basis and 3 years SAP HANA administration experience with systems installation and administration with three or more of the following SAP modules: ECC, HANA DB, BI, BW, BPC and GRC. Need proficiency in Linux
* Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal guidance
* SAP BASIS/HANA administration and technical core competencies for tasks including installations and upgrades, problem determination and resolution, software patching, support package application, performance tuning, and project sizing
* Proven track record using analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements
* Experience with security concepts and User/Role administration across all SAP products
* Have working knowledge of the transport management system (TMS)
* Ability to identify, develop, standardize, and document operational processes
* Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
* The desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented business unit
* Prior experience migrating and/or supporting SAP instances on Cloud providers such as GCP
* Provide technical expertise and participation in technical projects across multiple teams
* Responsible for documenting the design and landscape of all SAP environments
