Responsibilities

(Depends on level of experience. Positions available for both experienced and senior level developers.)

* Write and review extensible code
* Assure 100% unit testing and integration testing of code
* Contribute in all phases of product life cycle
* Follow industry standard best practices
* Assume responsibility for security of code and data; higher stakes in health care
* Contribute to continual enhancement of product

Requirements

* B.S Computer Science or related field and 3+ years software development experience
* Experience integrating third-party frameworks
* Ability to analyze and optimize UI and back-end application code for efficiency and performance
* Knowledge of performance tools and optimization techniques
* Working knowledge of AWS tools, including EC2, VPC networking, ELB principles, ECS/docker, CloudFormation
* Understanding of version control management, especially git
* Willingness to write specifications for developers and review/merge code
* Desire to solve problems and build great things

Location

This job is located out of our Chicago (West Loop) office, but remote, US-based applicants will be considered. Some travel may be required.
