NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Azure Windows System Engineer to join our team in the United States (US).

The Azure Windows System Engineer will provide leadership and guidance from design to implementation and daily support of Windows VM Servers in MS Cloud environment You will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT Services, helping to ensure AZURE/Office 365 Microsoft Servers are deployed and maintained with optimal outcomes for an NTT DATA Services client.

* This is a virtual/REMOTE U.S. based role (preferred time zone CST or EST) which will require up to 20% domestic U.S. travel.

Responsibilities:

* Support the Windows VM Server in MS Cloud environment including design, implementation, and migration of servers and applications from on-prem hosted data centers to the cloud
* Support Microsoft Azure/Office 365 Production and migration activities
* Active Directory and Cloud computing (in Azure)
* Deploy various windows server architectures, including multiple domain controller networks, DFS, branch caching, Windows clustering, and remote desktop services
* Windows Server Administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Terminal Servers
* Troubleshoot Windows Server and VMware issues
* Deploy various virtual and physical server configurations
* Physical and virtual hardware monitoring using ZenOSS and Splunk as well as BMC Truesight (ZenOSS to Truesight)
* Set direction in ongoing day to day operations and migration projects
* Work alongside onsite and remote team providing senior level direction
* Maintain a strong customer service focus and sense of urgency
* Handle multiple tasks and projects with various levels of priority
* Work independently with little supervision
* Relate technical communications issues clearly, both orally and in writing to non-technical individuals
* Provide measurable customer satisfaction and quality service
* Learn and adapt to new technologies when necessary

Basic Requirements:

* Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant Windows Server administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Microsoft Azure/Office 365 Production and migration experience
* Azure Active Directory Domain Services (ADSS) experience
* Experience with Storage and Backup Administration
* 5+ years Active Directory support and maintenance experience
* PowerShell Scripting experience
* VMware ESX administration experience
* Enterprise Application Server Administration experience

Preferences:

* Microsoft Azure/Office 365 Production and migration experience with Intune and Skype Online and Teams
* Experience with Storage and Backup Administration (On Prem EMC with recent Cloud Storage) with Infinidat and Rubrik
* SCCM Server experience with patching, packaging, scripting
* Server application support experience with application migration to Azure
* ITIL Foundations V3 Certification
