The DevOps Engineer is involved with the planning, coordination and control of IT Infrastructure processes and procedures. Ensuring that service levels, schedules, and IT stability meets the needed MBO objectives for the Press Ganey Production environments.

What you will do:

* Maintain and improve CI/CD and automated testing pipelines
* Participate in defining the overall technology roadmap
* Configure and maintain infrastructure configuration management platforms
* Review and advise development teams on best practices around database and web application design
* Help improve the overall software development workflow

Qualifications:

* Experience with Linux operating systems and command line tools
* Experience with at least one configuration management tool, such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
* Experience with CI systems like Jenkins or TeamCity
* Familiar with containerization platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and LXC
* Familiar with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP

Education:

* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent experience
