Responsibilities

Contribute to the success of the Actimize IT team that is tasked to deliver multiple complex projects for the Compliance Program e.g. OFAC Screening, AML Risk Rating, Transaction Monitoring and related regulatory requirements. Demands of the role include the following:

* Work in partnership with Compliance users to develop and drive initiatives that transform and modernize the capabilities and services of the Compliance and AML function
* Collaborate with Compliance to understand requirements, provide thought leadership, present multiple solutions, and drive defect free products
* Support AML rule tuning and WLF tuning cycles e.g. identify appropriate models to cover various scenarios, validate tuning environment setup
* Contribute to development/writing of business requirements and functional / technical specification documents, test plans, and test cases
* Partner with all the functional and project leads in designing the solution and taking ownership of the execution and delivery
* Work cooperatively with technical teams onshore and offshore
* Support research and root cause analysis as needed

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking IT.
* Must have broad and deep knowledge of regulatory application management.
* Minimum 3 years hands-on experience driving Actimize implementations.
* Experience required with Actimize RCM, WLF, CDD, and SAM modules.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple concise manner.
* Strong coordination and organizational skills.
* Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis.
