Description

Are you a tech visionary who wants to play a critical role in the next wave of tech innovation? At Deloitte, you will develop client RPA solutions for our suite of tax software products. You will have the opportunity to engage in the design and development aspects of these products utilizing Agile SDLC.

What you'll do

As an RPA/Automation Developer you will work on high-value enterprises across a broader team of cross-functional resources within an enterprise account. You will partner with product managers and own the development aspects of an engagement. We need someone who is passionate about RPA to:

* Develop RPA client solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility
* Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects
* Work with the RPA Architect and Operations team to execute deployment plans
* Have exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team

The team

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Practice is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of technology, tools, and standard processes to support the delivery of Tax services. The team is focused on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver comprehensive, value-added, and efficient Tax services to our clients. It is a dynamic team with professionals of varying backgrounds from tax technical, technology development, change management, Six Sigma, and project management. The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation including training development, engagement management, tool design, and implementation.

Qualifications

Required:

* 3+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UIPath
* Minimum 3 years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.) with a specific focus on developing Bots
* Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation.
* Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering and computer science relevant field
* Ability to travel up to 20% of your time
* Currently living in or willing to relocate to either Chicago or New York City

Preferred:

* Breadth of experience in software design/development and database architecture
* Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines
* In addition to UIPath, experience with other leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere and or BluePrism
* Master's degree
