Automation Developer (Robotic Process Automation)

As an Automation Developer, you will play a key part in Coyote offering innovative and powerful process flow automation solutions. Using a variety of technologies, you will be expected to design and create new processes that streamline employee and customer operations. This role is responsible for projects and applications that immediately impact the company's bottom line.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

* Document, design, build and support software robots to automate internal and external processes.
* Turn business requirements into functional technical processes.
* Integrate with customer technologies to improve visibility, work flow and execution of supply chain related tasks.
* Review, test and deploy new software following a Scrum framework.
* See projects through from inception to post-production support.

Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience

* Knowledge of computer systems and basic coding principles.
* Basic understanding of SQL databases.
* Interest in wide variety of languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, and C#.
* Experience with web design such as HTML, XML, CSS, etc.
* Ability to learn API functionality, IE REST and SOAP webservices.
* Familiarity with various data files like JSON, CSV, XML, XSD and XSLT.
* Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation technologies, Kofax Kapow Design Studio, is a plus.
* Passion, creativity, and a burning desire to automate tasks in the logistics industry.
* An obsession with learning new technologies and integration trends.
* A willingness to test and deliver the perfect error free solution.
* Bravery, boldness, and a fearless attitude toward changing the norms in their environment.
* A drive to assist teammates less experienced than themselves and learn from those more senior.
