Description:This Lockheed Martin (LM) position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. The position has responsibility for maintaining and supporting successful day-to-day support and maintenance to an Executive level customer base through individual Audio Visual support, compliance and security.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Successful interaction and teaming with EIT team members, management and site customers on technical audio visual requirements and issues
* Applying technical expertise and teaming with other resources to implement and support technical solutions to a wide range of complex audio visual problems
* Providing solutions that are imaginative, thorough and compliant with all Lockheed Martin processes and procedures
* Works independently with a sense of urgency and exceptional customer service skills
* Provides technical assistance and mentoring to other members of the audio visual support team where necessary
* Provides daily/weekly written updates on status of events, meetings, demonstrations and projects
* Performs audio visual system deployments including hardware and software configuration
* Support Laptop/Desktop endpoint devices that will connect to the audio visual system
* Maintain an average level of knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (WIN10)
* Responsible for accurate tracking of all assets supported by Audio Visual Support Team
* Performs troubleshooting of supported audio visual system components
* Documents system problems and resolution for future reference
* Maintains technical documentation related to the configuration of production components (i.e. hardware, operating system, applications, management tools, etc.) including installation and troubleshooting instructions
* Performs other duties as assigned
* A successful candidate must have the ability to travel and be able to flex time to support late event, meetings or demonstrations. Additionally, this position will require the ability to lift at least 30lbs. There is also a required ability to obtain and maintain and DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Proven ability and experience working with high level internal and external Executives
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain professional behavior in difficult situations
Proven ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to lift AV equipment weighing up to 30lbs
Proven experience utilizing AV software and hardware
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find resolution
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of AV controller programming products such as: Crestron, Extron, AMX
Experience with Tandberg and Cisco Telepresence VTC units (system and desktop)
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors on LM technical AV issues
Knowledge with mixing boards and audio production
ITSM/Remedy/Service Central Support experience
Current Active DoD Secret Clearance
