Role Summary

* Drive customer data and platform projects and initiatives
* Collaborate with cross functional business teams to define user journeys, identify business needs/requirements, develop product roadmaps, achieve optimal design, ensure effective delivery, monitor critical metrics and
* Lead/participate in customer data governance and technology working teams

Role Responsibilities

Customer Data & Platform Analysis

* Responsible for creation of actionable concepts, requirement documents and delivery of solutions in alignment with Audi's Digital and CRM strategy
* Maintain close, positive relationships with internal and external partners to continuously understand challenges and identify new opportunities
* Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery
* Assist customer data analytics to improve and enhance CRM system landscape
* Lead/participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
* Ensure that complex information is presented clearly and in easy-to-use formats
* Communicate frequently and effectively with all internal partners to ensure that technology development, usability and its impact on the business is understood

Experience

* 5 -7 years

Education

* Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, IT or Engineering)
* MBA or MSc. Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy or similar (desired)
* Innovation/Start up experience (desired)
* Basic German language skills (desired)

General Skills

* Business project management skills
* Experience building or enhancing systems through the entire lifecycle (e.g. planning, analysis, design, build, test, support)
* Experience working on cross-functional, team projects
* Excellent communications skills across all levels of the organization
* Experience in working with IT on defining business requirements
* Technical background and strength, especially in customer data and/or platform management
* Analytical and conceptual thinking
* Ability to anticipate and effectively solve complex problems
* Team player / collaboration skills

Specialized Skills

* Microsoft Office
* PVP / SuperTool (desired)
* Tableau (desired) Experience with Salesforce platform and tools
* Experience in managing projects from conception to delivery
* Understanding of customer data and platform management processes, systems, and domain data; experience with CRM, campaigns management and/or customer case management
* PMP certification (desired)
* Basic understanding of solution architecture or system integration (desired)
* Budget, vendor, resource management (desired)

Work Flexibility

* 10% domestic travel
