The position of Associate Unified Communications (UC) Technical Analyst in the Global IT organization. This candidate will join the UC team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Voice and Video Communications systems and services including VoIP, TDM, SIP services, automated call distribution, voice mail, unified messaging, audio conferencing, mobility, IP gateways, immersive video, contact centers, and networking infrastructure.

This position is a hands-on, technical position. The candidate will have proven experience in IP telephony and will collaborate with teams to successfully and seamlessly integrate communications systems globally. This candidate will operate, analyze, and improve the global UC infrastructure.

Other responsibilities Include:

* Performing day-to-day telecom operations and assisting in the administration and maintenance of telecom equipment and infrastructure
* Maintaining and updating the UC Lab environment
* Evaluating new deployment designs and suggesting modifications
* Identifying problem trends, creating solutions, and developing preventative maintenance and improvement plans
* Monitoring and managing VoIP and Telepresence performance
* Working closely with managed service vendors to drive project initiatives and service levels
* Designing, deploying, and supporting new UC applications and services
* Developing and updating technical standards documentation

Required Qualifications

* A minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science, Communications, or equivalent experience
* Minimum five experience years working in a corporate IT
* Preffered hands-on experience in LAN WAN VoIP and Video.
