As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, automated test development that goes into creating high quality software products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key and best of all, you'll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.

Key responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing automation test strategy, test scenarios and test execution and coordinating with team members to insure solid test coverage is being addressed
* Responsible for design and development of Automation frameworks based on application requirement
* Understanding the business requirements and functional requirement to establish test plans and strategies
* Ability to take on individual initiative and responsibility for assignments
* String analytical and problem solving skills
* Developing scripts using tools like Selenium with Java, Cucumber
* Managing and tracking work using management tools like JIRA & HP ALM
* Follow and promote Agile practices like SCRUM, BDD, ATDD, TDD and Continuous Integration with Jenkins
* Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team members
* Work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver solutions across regions
* Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product Desks
* Presenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groups

* This position will be located in Plano, TX
* Up to 5 years of experience of Designing, Developing and Coding in JAVA
* Strong Understanding of the concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful
* Worked on web services - SOAP and Rest-based services
* Strong Understanding of databases - Oracle & DB2
* Experience in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, and with optional knowledge of Geb Spock, or Mocha/chai
* Experience on CI/CD platform using Cucumber/Jenkins/Jules pipelines
* Working knowledge of REST Assured framework
* UI test automation experience with selenium WebDriver for Angular and React application
* Knowledge on protractor will be an added advantage
* Experience in Managing and tracking work using management tools like JIRA & HP ALM
* Experience working in Agile environment
* Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team members
* Work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver solutions across regions
* Demonstrate good presentation and communication skills

Should have 3 or more years of experience on the toolset:

* Java Development
* SOAP / Rest Full APIs
* Postman
* JMeter
* DB2, Sybase
* RestAssured/Karate or similar frameworks
