Job Description:

Duties: Create innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. Improve the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. Keep the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed. Build out the Investor Services reporting platform globally. Responsible across the technology lifecycle from user/technical requirements, design, development, implementation and support of the CFS reporting systems. Develop multi-threaded applications using advanced JAVA and UI technologies like Java Script frameworks. Use Oracle SQL (including stored procedures and SQL performance); Cognos 10 and/or Analytics; and Cognos Framework Manager. Responsible for Automated testing, Oracle APEX, BI Dashboard creation, Big Data, SPARK, and Apache Phoenix. Work with Relational database (DB2/Oracle/Sybase). Apply understanding of full software life cycle development processes including Agile processes as well as Web Frameworks - Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot. Write complex sql queries. Design and implement Websphere MQ and Qpid. Experience on Websphere, Tomcat application servers. Experience on UI Frameworks (Extjs, JS, Adobe Flex). Provide Level 3 Production Support. Enforce discipline across the software development lifecycle including test driven development. Help support our environment and effective utilization of the platform. Ensure that systems run well in production, are highly available at disaster recovery and have sufficient capacity.

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of application development experience, or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have Java/8/J2EE experience. Must have Web FrameWorks experience, including EJB, Spring, Spring Boot, Struts, and Hibernate. Must have Data Base experience with Oracle 10G,11G and PlSQL, DB2. Must have Cloud experience using GAIA, Spring Cloud, Docker. Must have Source Control Management (GIT) experience. Must have Release Management experience using Maven, Jenkins, and AIM. Must have experience with UI Framework, including Java Script, ExtJS, AJAX, Angular JS, and JQuery. Must have experience with scripting languages, including Unix, Shell, Python. Must have experience with Application Server, including WebSphere and Tomcat. Must have experience with JMS, including WebSphere MQ, Active MQ, and Kafka. Must have experience with IDE, including Eclipse, Intellij, and SQL Developer.
