Responsibilities

This position can be based in the Encino, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Minneapolis, MN office. The Associate Project Manager reports to TDS' Senior Director of Digital Partner Services. The Associate Project Manager's primary focus will be leading integrations into our APIs with third party distributors and managing projects and tasks from inception to completion within TDS' technology and reporting stack. Key aspects of the role include working with outside parties looking to distribute our partners' content, mediation between engineering and business teams, understanding requirements and limitations from the engineering side, and communicating needs and goals from the strategic business side. TDS's technology facilitates the Company's strategic growth initiatives, client partnerships and operations. Therefore, this role is key to increasing the value of TDS to its partners.

The majority of time will be spent working with third party distributors to integrate into our APIs and create a customer journey flow that is on brand for our partners. The Project Manager will partner with outside technology consultants, digital partner technology teams, and TDS' management team, on existing and future enhancements to TDS' technology and reporting stack. This role does not require a degree or background in engineering or computer science. Strong candidates will possess the ability to remain organized while handling many tasks and projects, great attention to detail, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to understand both the business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing integrations with third parties to sell TDS' partners gift cards and codes
* Designing new feature functional specifications and writing up PRDs for any new technology stack projects
* Monitor API metrics to ensure TDS and third-party systems are performing as expected
* Maintain appropriate protocols and service level agreements (SLAs) and provide support to our partners and partners for emergencies
* Maintaining reporting and technology stack documentation and processes
* Managing all tasks and protocols to keep TDS systems in compliance
* Establish and maintain strong external technical relationships with our global partners - Uber, Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, StubHub and other digital partners along with activation companies, B2B partners, etc.
* Work in conjunction with TDS management team and Topps IT management team to develop and implement new products and services and maximize synergies across the various Topps divisions
* Managing your task list and completing those tasks based on priority and deadlines
* Be available to travel up to 10% of the time

Qualifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

* Exceptional product development and project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, internal and external, through influence and persuasion
* Outstanding communication skills in all forms: written, conversational, presenting
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with dynamic priorities and deadlines
* Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements is key to this role
* The ability to think critically and view tasks, issues and projects from various angles with learnings from past experience and foresight to prevent future obstacles
* Learns quickly and applies that knowledge to everyday tasks and challenges
* Passion for technology and product development
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* JIRA or other project management tools experience preferred
* Experience with PCI and SOC I and/or II compliance a plus
* 4 year college degree
* 2-3 years of experience in project and/or product management required
