Purpose of this role...

The Associate Project Manager is responsible to track projects, requests and issues by managing CIOX Health customer service and ticketing system software. Additionally, the Associate Project Manager will act as act as a liaison between Research and Development and Client Services overseeing project planning, implementation and tracking defined deliverables. The primary purpose of the Associate Project Manager is to assist and track all customer projects, requests and issues from the initial request phase to final project completion.

Responsibilities

What you will do...

* Interface and support internal and external customers for healthcare technology company
* Provide timely status documentation for all project, requests and issues
* Identify and report all projects at risk of missing deadlines
* Act as an internal liaison between management and customers
* Lead or assist with new customer projects, requests and issues
* Prioritize and track client/business tasks

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

* 2 year's experience supporting internal and external customers
* Knowledge or experience of a ticketing system
* Strong MS Excel skills

The successful candidate should have:

* Ability to identify problems, process resolution and implement action or solution timely manner
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to understand technical language
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
* Ability to cope with conflicting demands and prioritize and adapt in a rapid growth environment
* High level of time management and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask
