SAP SuccessFactors is a leader in enterprise cloud applications for HR, with thousands of organizations using our SaaS solutions to empower their employees to be their best. We are looking for a skilled, entrepreneurial product manager who is interested in changing the definitions of enterprise software. Work on UX platform technologies including web, mobile and conversational interfaces. Partner with the UX design team to enable the application development teams to continuously improve the application experience for SuccessFactors users.
The platform team sits at the core of our ability to execute and differentiate our HCM solutions in the market. You will be responsible for the client technologies that touch our customers and their employees, are beautiful, easy to use and even desirable by users.
You will work with product managers to deliver significant enhancements (requirements gathering and analysis, customer feedback sessions, development and release activities). You will own your own features, and those features will increase in complexity as you progress.
Developing modern cloud software is about working with people, so you will be constantly connecting with others across the organization (UX, development, application product teams, marketing, sales, strategy, documentation, services, support) as you help drive product improvements to completion.
An understanding of product architecture and technologies in the market and a willingness and capability to learn new ideas, quickly.
Self-motivated & creative problem solver who learns quickly and can adapt in a dynamic environment
Experience with writing clear, detailed use cases and requirements that will drive design concepts, user research and ultimately timely delivery with the scrum team
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. An ability to Cleary communicate complex concepts.
2+ years of product development experience preferred
1+ years product management experience on mobile apps or cloud-based enterprise applications preferred.
A track record of working with teams across an organization, who may have different priorities, to achieve business results.
