Job Description

Bethesda Games Studios is looking for a highly motivated Associate Producer with a passion for online games to join our production team in Austin, TX. Qualified applicants will possess strong organizational and communication skills, aptitude in problem solving and time management. The Associate Producer will work with cross functional teams consisting of engineers, artists, designers, and QA to drive the game development process.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the discipline leads and staff to create and manage the development schedule
* Drive production for multi-disciplinary teams, assist in day-to-day activities such as scheduling and general problem solving
* Communicate with senior management on all development status, and collaborate with discipline directors to solve problems and mitigate risk

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a production role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task under pressure
* Understands fundamentals behind cross discipline team collaboration and development driven product ownership
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively to solve problems in an efficient manner
* Project management software skills using Test Track Pro, Hansoft, Microsoft Project or other project management software

Desired Skills

* Familiarity with submission and publishing guidelines on major distribution platforms
* Experience working with remote development teams
* Experience managing the schedules and deliveries of third party and external groups
* Experience in other disciplines of development
