Works on complex problems or assignments receives minimal instructions on day-to-day work.

Candidate will work independently may provide assistance to team members.

Following Project Duties consist of:

Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects plans and update Manager on all schedules.

Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers including all proprietary hardware, software, and development.

Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.

Communication and Interaction - strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Customer Service - demonstrates commitment to providing quality service.

Provides service and assistance to meet commitments, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.

Works at client sites and could go from site to site

May be subject to working non-standard, rotating or extended shifts.

Some travel may be required. (Massachusetts only)

May be required to sit for extended periods of time.

Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling or crouching.

May be required to lift supplies, objects, and equipment.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

System Administration Tasks:

Provide Monitoring of systems and daily routines.

IT Server and Desktop Maintenance Checklists

Can build, maintain, and backup HP Servers running the latest software

Desktop Support

Barracuda backup systems

Inventory Control

Network Patch panels and some network design

Experience or Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 7 & 10 build and support, Report writing is a plus, network switch support, desktop support, Microsoft Office, Printer Support, Microsoft Project Basics, Mainframe support, Backup technologies, ie (Backup Exec), Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016, Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 Studio Manager, common troubleshooting skills.


Education - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience - minimum of 5 years related experience.

Microsoft Certificates Preferred
