AWS Sales engages with the largest Enterprises worldwide to develop proposals for customers to achieve their business outcomes on the AWS platform. Very often these AWS platform proposals also include an implementation plan to be executed by AWS Professional Services and Partners. The AWS Professional Services team is looking for an Associate Enterprise Service Managers (ESM) that can assist the local Practice Managers and Enterprise Services Managers with the necessary internal and external sales cycle process. Activities would include the following:
* Salesforce.com Pipeline Management (Enter new opportunities, keep all opportunities up to date) * Sales meeting preparation with the Practice Manager: Sales Collateral, Proposals, Meeting Invites * Work with Resource Management and the Resource Request process to fulfill open spots * Assist with Narratives and Sales Information that will be socialized with ProServe and AWS Exec's * Attend customer meetings and assist with notes, learn how to close business and complex deals * Work within SFDC and AWS Contracts to get SOW's through the process. * Work with Operations to ensure the project is set up in the system * Attend all practice meetings with the team
We are looking for someone who is passionate about:
* Learning how to development of large, complex, multi-technology proposals for enterprise customer to meet their objectives by implementing solutions built on the AWS platform with assistance from AWS Professional Services and Partner * Learn how to best identify when to leverage additional resources from the Professional Services organization * Learn how to best identify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases and customer references * Learn how to shape deals, including estimations and deal pricing for the implementation services
This role will be working as an associate level position supporting senior level sales and practice leadership.
Person must be located or willing to relocate to Seattle.
