The SAP & Analytics Enterprise Architect at Kraft Heinz will work with IT and business stakeholders to define global architecture strategy, vision, best practices and multi-year execution roadmap for future integration and growth. The architect will ensure that the future IT investment is aligned to the strategy and vision.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 10 years of experience within an Architecture domain - Analytics (Hadoop/Open Source platform, HANA, Business Objects, Tableau), SAP ECC/S4 and Middleware.
* Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
* Experience working with IT leadership to create technical strategies.
* Experience working directly with senior IT groups in an advisory role
* Applied knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methods, and tools.
* Applied knowledge of enterprise application delivery mechanisms and requirements.
* Applied knowledge of enterprise licensing agreements.
* Extensive experience in large-scale (10,000+ users) organization to define SAP architecture and analytics strategy/roadmap
* Previous experience with BIG Data platform (Hadoop, HANA), SAP ECC, SAP S/4, MDG is a plus
* Previous experience to facilitates the architecture and process review board sessions is a plus
* Previous large-scale M&A experience
* Excellent time management, prioritization, communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills required.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic ownership over the SAP ECC/S4, Analytics, Master Data and Middleware domain roadmap and globally accountable for the delivery of long term vision.
* Liaises with external analyst firms such as Gartner Group, Forrester, etc. Monitors relevant industry and technology trends, and applies to continuously improve solutions and business outcomes.
* Analyze business strategies and industry trends to recommend technology direction.
* Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to inform them of architecture strategies, roadmaps, and progress against vision.
* Lead, guide, mentor, and coach SAP and Analytics best practices, design standards, implementation strategies, and best practices.
* Create, develop, document, maintain, and socialize Architecture standards and principles throughout the organization.
