Position Summary
As a Data Analyst, the successful candidate will evaluate and grade infrared sensor performance across multiple product lines, provide feedback and to and help coordinate specifications with the sensor design team, conduct tests, complete test software validations, and maintain documentation, all with the goal of developing the best infrared sensor technology in the industry.
Basic Qualifications and Required Skills
* Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2+ years experience
Desired Skills
* General computer skills with experience in utilizing product data management tools
* Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing technical data packages
* Experience with MS Office Suite
* Familiarity with Visual Basic, VB Scripting, C, C++, Python or equivalent programming language
Duties and Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and establish data management documentation based on program requirements
* Assist in coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of product data management tools
* Act as the liaison between functional groups
* Responsible for completion of assigned task on time and meeting technical requirements
* Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and customer, as required
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently under supervision of others
* Provide regular reporting of progress and status
* Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
* Travel up to 15% per year.
