As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Professional Experience Required:
PMO Experience with minimum 2 years is must along with Internal Customer Experience handling.
Hands on experience with Project Management Tools
Fluency in Japanese and English
Ability to manage and influence large group of internal and external stakeholders to completion: Top flight communication and collaboration skills must have to succeed in the role

Project Coordination/Management of Flexcube Implementation Projects
Serves as main point of contact through entire Installation process through go live
Directs and provides ongoing communication with client contact and staff throughout project
Manages project kick-off calls and works closely with Project director
Offshore/onsite coordination
Creates project frame, schedules and blocks resources for onsite installation
Assists Clients with pre-requisites and ensures client fully understands the implementation process.
Prepares project outline for Implementation Consultants and provides detailed, specific information on projects and all deliverables
Monitors onsite Oracle resources to ensure projects are on track as scheduled
Monitors site level installation process and ensures tasks remain on schedule
Controls and approves all travel requirements for installation team
Reviews expenses on a weekly basis
Review and respond quickly to customer feedback and inquiries - escalate issues
