Responsibilities

* Perform bench tests and drive tests of CalAmp products
* Support senior application engineers on major customer projects
* Provide Tier I and Tier II customer support in person, by e-mail, or telephone
* Develop customer scripts, documentation, and test plans according to project specs
* Generate various types of team reporting and metrics
* Support product engineering and validation on new product releases or introductions
* Collect and perform data analysis for debug and root cause analysis
* Support sales operations to meet customer projects and revenue targets

Qualifications

Must Haves

* Communication and Organizational skills are a must, with an interest in customer satisfaction and people interaction
* BS or MS in Engineering Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
* Highly proficient at e-mail, telephone, speaking, and writing
