ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will support the operations and development of Basis, Centro's end-to-end digital advertising platform, as well as future strategic initiatives. As an individual contributor, this role will support our internal and external customers and provide internal feedback to improve our products. An Application Support Specialist is passionate about delivering "Raving Fan" service and ensuring the successful use of our software.
* Assist internal and external users by troubleshooting application issues related to usage, training and support as a primary priority * As a user advocate - work directly with cross functional software development teams as they launch new features for our platform * Engage Engineering, Product, QA and Operations teams in resolving support issues * Understand all aspects of our products and be a functional domain expert within the team * Document, assess severity, and communicate issues within the applications and their processes to internal teams * Analyze customer feedback and provide relevant reporting to internal team members
* 2+ years application support or related experience * Experience working in an environment that requires a high sense of urgency * Embody Centro's "Raving Fan" ethic and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our customer' needs * Ability to translate technical terms, definitions and processes to a non-technical business-focused audience * Enjoy collaborating with engineering, product managers and customers to solve real business problems * An understanding of the digital advertising space, trends and various technology offerings is preferred * An understanding of web technologies and SaaS as well as exposure to application performance monitoring tools is a plus
