Job Description

The Delivery Operations Maintenance Management System (DOMMS) Applications Analyst is responsible for providing on-site IT support of the DOMMS suite of systems. This position serves as the primary point of contact for any IT questions or concerns raised by users related to the DOMMS Systems and will act as the liaison between end users and IT System Development/Scrum Teams. The position will be a member of the Aeronautics Operations and Support Development team and participate in as part of a scrum team utilizing state of the art technologies, methodologies, and processes.

Responsibilities include providing DOMMS IT systems expertise, including the ALIS Applications (CMMS, SCM, SHM, CRM, MM-PAIRS, etc.) as well as the ALIS integrations to other LM enterprise systems including DOMMS Triggering System, DOMMS Report Gateway, ICA System, QADS, and EDW/HANA. Primary responsibilities include the following:

* Establish user accounts and other administration functions related to users
* Provide technical support for ALIS and related enterprise integrations
* Serve as primary POC for any questions or concerns posed by DOMMS users
* Perform troubleshooting on a multitude of user and system predicaments as well as being able to redirect incidents to appropriate responsible parties for resolution through appropriate logging systems (Solar Winds, ServiceNow, AR's, PTRs, etc.)
* Will collaborate with software engineers/Scrum Master/Product Owner, support production deployments, create required documentation, participate in code reviews, perform unit and integration testing
* Coordinate with other administrators within Aero IT and Aero while receiving troubleshoot tickets from DOMMS users regarding all different areas of the DOMMS components.

This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate should possess:

* Prior ALIS System Administration and Support experience
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across organizational boundaries
* Experience with requirements identification and decomposition
* Strong Communication skills
