Seneca's Application Support Analyst is the primary point of contact between employees and our technical development teams. This position performs support, training, and configuration of our applications (primarily our electronic health records system). The Application Support Analyst works directly with various stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to ensure that the applications are used most effectively across Seneca's widely-varied spectrum of programs.

The Application Support Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining Seneca's sophisticated infrastructure of internally-developed clinical and business applications.

* Identify areas of needed user training, escalating training-related issues to supervising staff and assisting with training support when appropriate.
* Communicate regularly with the software development team and Seneca staff in order to bring real world "from the field" feedback back to the developers.
* Continually stay informed on ever-changing agency processes in order to facilitate effective usage of the applications to meet agency needs.
* Write and distribute end-user documentation and instructions.
* Test newly developed application features and functionality.
