Incumbent serves as Procure-to-Pay Application Support Analyst within the Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) unit. This position administers procure-to-pay applications and manages the daily operations of IPPS web applications and system integrations to the financial system and ancillary applications.
Incumbent documents all technology and process features maintained in the applications, and collaborates work with IT developers and business process owners to effectively translate and produce the desired functionality. Helps IPPS internal staff troubleshoot and use the Marketplace application.
Perform quality assurance and validation testing. Review and process transactional records stopped in Marketplace administrative workflow folders. Document business and technology in Visio, Word, and Jira. Translate meeting notes discussions, and decisions into project documentation.
* Proven intermediate knowledge of related areas of IT.
* General understanding of programming techniques and capabilities with ability to understand the infrastructure of comprehensive integrated systems.
* Demonstrated experience performing site administration of Procure-to-Pay applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
