Summary of Position: Lennar Corporation is in the process of converting their Oracle based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Salesforce. This is a very fast paced and highly collaborative project with many moving pieces. We are looking for a talented Salesforce System Analyst with exceptional skills who want to make a difference in the solution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels and who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge on industry best practices to maintain a successful enterprise wide Salesforce environment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* 3-5 years of experience in Data management, heavy analysis and query results
* Data Quality and Data Governance experience required
* Proficient in data sourcing, data mapping, data migration, data profiling, data mining and documenting data definitions
* Strong database skills; SQL and/or relational databases is a plus
* Past experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration and packaged applications
* Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros
* Salesforce or other CRM knowledge preferred
* Detailed oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
* Effective prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
* At least two years of reporting and SQL Server experience (SSRS, SSIS, etc), with a fundamental knowledge of statistics, analysis, and data mining.
* Monitors and responds to Salesforce related user issues and outages
* Performs administrative maintenance in Salesforce to ensure proper data collection and efficient usability for users and customers
* Assesses Salesforce roadmap and recommends changes
* Reviews deployment of new features between Salesforce environments
* Facilitate bulk data updates and inserts, including interfaces from other business systems
* Improves the overall quality and completeness of Salesforce documentation and support procedures
* Work with the business to translate application user needs into technical solutions for implementation and management of Salesforce.
* Can write Technical Documents from Business Requirements. Prepare and update specifications, manuals, and process documentation
* Works closely with decision makers to ensure functionality meets the needs of the business

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Minimum high school diploma required, Bachelors degree preffered in Information technology or any other Computer related
* Solid understanding of 2+ Years in Salesforce
* Salesforce Admin experience (permission sets, profile management etc.)
* Administrator Certification preferred
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical communities
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, including working with pivot tables and v-lookups
* Problem solving skills, ability to dissect complex situations and troubleshoot solutions
* Confident self-starter capable of setting plans and driving projects to completion
* Creative problem solver who is confident presenting new ideas to Business Users as well as IT staff

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Salesforce Systems Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. This is a position which requires the Salesforce Systems Analyst frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
