Job Description

Vimeo is looking for an experienced Director, Account Management to oversee a team of Senior Account Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for running pipeline and forecasting, along with handling client escalations. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and career growth of Vimeo's Senior Account Managers. If you have a proven track record of exceeding revenue retention goals, growing a SaaS business (preferably in online video), and implementing a go-to-market strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

* Manage a team of Senior Account Managers responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and upsell.
* Manage pipeline and forecast to senior management on a weekly basis.
* Handle client escalations with a high level of customer-facing skills and sales expertise.
* Hold 1-on-1 meetings with the Senior Account Management team and develop career growth for each individual resource.
* Create best practices that deliver an increase in productivity and sales results.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders to improve overall customer experience.

Skills and knowledge you possess:

* 7+ years experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
* 5+ years managing a team of individual contributors responsible for revenue retention and upsell.
* Experience working as a vendor with C-level executives.
* Knowledge of online video operations.

Bonus points for:

* Bachelor's Degree.
* Direct experience working for or with an Online Video Platform.
* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
