Title: Application Engineer II
Worksite: Newark, NJ
Position Responsibilities:
Supports Audible's Human Resource and Finance functions. Provides technical oversight of core HR processes and takes ownership of systems to automate compensation, performance management, hiring and payroll processes. Manages technology integrations used for payments to vendors and partners, automating integrations with banks and to process journal entries. Consolidate HR and finance functions to provide a world class system to the employees and support business growth. Works with business stakeholders to define and implement flows and interactions across HR and finance functions. Focuses on integrations, workflows and reporting on Workday and Amazon proprietary technologies.
