The Application Development Senior Advisor is responsible and accountable for the quality and cohesion of solution architecture components within PBM and RxClaim Adjudication application, and their conformance to approved CVS Health IT standards.You will ensure alignment of IT solutions with the business goals and objectives of the supported unit. You will serve as a senior application architect providing industry leading technical direction and guidance to the RxClaim application development teams to ensure appropriate and cost effective application of CVS Health approved technologies. You will provide solutions and design complex functionality within the RxClaim application and define technical solutions and documents within the RxClaim application. You will lead assigned team programs and mentor junior resources as needed. You will help define standards guidelines, and aligning solutions to the RxClaim application architecture.
As the Sr. Advisor Application Development you will work with senior business leaders on key projects and initiatives related to processes for the Adjudication applications. You will facilitate the discussions related to process changes, impacts and potentially new functionality.

7+ years of technical AS400 experience i
5+ years technical experience with Synon, RPG, SQL Query and MS Office
3+ years as a 'Project Owner' driving the technical solution for projects
3+ years SDLC methodologies
PBM knowledge and experience
RxClaim / Adjudication technical experience
Masters degree preferred
Bachelor s Degree required
