Our Opportunity:

We're looking for a talented Technical Leader to join our Member and Agent Experience Team as a hands-on Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, practice excellent teamwork with peers, learn quickly, and collaborate well in an Agile setting. This role will focus on team development, modernization of our key applications, executing on business priorities including state expansion, and helping us chart a course to the future through engineering excellence and innovation.

This position will be located at our Home Office in Enumclaw, WA.

Responsibilities

Ensure the success of the team and the Product Owner by fulfilling these duties:

* Coach the delivery team and the Product Owner - Coach the team and the PO about their roles and balance their different desires.
* Strive for high quality and rapid output through the use of agile software development best practices and collaborative sessions (code reviews, white boarding, etc.).

Qualifications

* A diverse software engineering toolbox; web and mobile experience a plus.
* Ability to oversee multiple competing, concurrent projects and initiatives simultaneously.
* Solid business skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with business managers and executives.
* Ability to identify multiple solutions to the same problem.
* Ability to bring out the best in a team.
* Highly proficient organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written, verbal, & listening) skills.
