Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks an Application Development Associate Manager in Irving, TX to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions aligning to SAP standards. S/he will perform the following duties: evaluate technical design proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements; convert functional specifications to detailed technical design which includes logical flow charts; design, build, configure applications to meet business process and application requirements; evaluate application performance requirements and drive performance optimization initiatives; develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and monitor quality standards; review functional and business documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, completeness, or mitigation of risks; review and optimize source code; define, document and execute test scripts; participate and drive various test cycles and report them to the quality team; provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of applications or systems; ensure project documentation is in place and ensure status is regularly reviewed with stakeholders; and ensure IT problem or incident and change requests tickets are reviewed to identify recurring events and trends.
