Job Description

Rutgers, The State Unviersity of New Jersey, is seeking an Application Developer for OIT- Enterprise Application Services. This position reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for the development of high volume web applications for Rutgers Education Technology, notably for the Canvas Learning Management System and other instructional technology external applications.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
* Responsible for full application development life cycle of projects.
* Works with departmental staff and strategic partners for technical requirements, application design, and system usability.
* Provides full support of departmental technologies in production.
* Participates in departmental and community events regarding online learning and educational technology.
