The Application Developer role is to deliver solutions for critical systems and support enterprise applications. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, practice locations and other business units. The IS Programmer is also responsible for assisting in the design and development of integrations and custom software. This is a critical role that will be expanding into Salesforce development and will be a great opportunity for a developer to expand his or her skill set.

Responsibilities:

▪ Build, Test and Deploy custom .net solutions

▪ Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems including but not limited to Salesforce and Epicor

▪ Providing technical support for web, desktop or mobile applications

▪ Participate in requirements analysis & collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

▪ Revise, update, refactor and debug code

▪ Improve existing software

▪ Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

▪ Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

▪ Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.

▪ Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications/releases under development or under consideration for purchase.

▪ Prepare for and complete regression testing of primary applications after bug fixes and upgrades have been programmed to ensure the quality of the product(s) prior to live implementation.

▪ Other duties as assigned.
