Summary:

Apple Systems Architect/Engineer with strong knowledge of products and services related to management of MacOS. Proficiency in solutions and deployment strategies to large organizations with emphasis on superior client experience.

Major Responsibilities:

* Design and implementation project of JAMF and Apple technologies.
* Exceptional knowledge of the JAMF Pro/EMM and Server (previously known as the Casper Suite and JSS).


* Setup of JAMF self-service and other server components.


* Create processes and framework around the management of the product.


* Automate redundancy.




* Product ownership of the Mac platform and technical direction of all Mac devices within the environment.


* Manage infrastructure and client upgrades.


* Support Active Directory as it relates to Mac management. General windows administration skills are expected.


* Mac application integration and packaging.
* Maintain software standards and application catalog.


* Advanced knowledge of Bash, AppleScript or various scripting languages pertaining to process automation.


* Previous implementation of Office 365, OneDrive and Teams for Mac is beneficial.




* Responsible for base image construction and design, maintenance and distribution.


* Troubleshooting of networks, firewalls, profiles, imaging, operating systems and device management.


* In-depth understanding of process management, exceptional documentation skills and the ability to share process is key to the role.


* Direct experience supporting user environment.


* Strong written and verbal communications are essential.


* Current JAMF certifications showing completion of an advanced curriculum preferred.
