Job Description

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* Experience conducting contextual inquiry, interviews, and usability/accessibility studies
* Strong understanding and use of digital accessibility best practices, to ensure compliance with the Harvard University Digital Accessibility Policy
* Experience with Design Thinking and Service Design
* Strong experience with current research and design tools and methodologies (e.g., Sketch, Balsamic, TreeJack, Qualtrics)
* A strong understanding of web technologies and web content management tools (preferably Drupal and Wordpress)
* Experience navigating projects with multiple stakeholders
