GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.# This level in job family represents point at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement. # KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor#s Degree with three years previous experience in IT or relevant user experience,or Minimum of seven years of relevant IT experience Requires in-depth knowledge and experience ########### Preferred Education and/or Experience # Master#s Degree Previous healthcare experience Epic Cadence, Prelude background
