We are seeking an API/Web Developer to join our project team in building and implementing web-based dashboard applications. This role will be involved in multiple software development project efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse background of software engineering process and development experience.

Responsibilities:

* Develop/support API and web applications.
* Work with scrum team, understand business, functional, and technical specifications.
* Adhere to software engineering standards, policies, procedures, and best practices designed to optimize software quality and team productivity without introducing unnecessary overhead.
* Participate in code reviews for adherence to standards and specifications.
* Contribute to mandatory program/operations documentation.

Required Qualifications

* Experience with API/Web Service technologies, including REST APIs.
* Experience with AJAX, XML, JSON, FTP, and SOAP.
* Experience developing RESTful web services and web service clients.
* Web Development
* Knowledge of web markup languages, including HTML5, CSS3.
* Knowledge of Node.js web development framework.
* Excellent understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery.


* At least 5 years of programming experience
* Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* U.S. Citizen or permanent resident and meet 3-year US residency requirement with the ability to attain a Public Trust clearance Salient CRGT will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this opening

Desired Qualifications

* Knowledge of frameworks such as React, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
* Experience with dashboard development and BI analytics tools such as Qlik Sense.
* Experience and comprehensive understanding of Version Control tools like SVN, Git
* Experience developing responsive websites compatible across multiple browsers & platforms.
* Experience developing 508 compliant UI.
* Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
