The IT Service Analyst role will support our internal users and multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VC equipment and the administration of various company software. As part of our Continuous Improvement team, the role will also participate to a broad range of IT related projects and activities.
You must be well organised, self-motivated, punctual and flexible in your approach to work. As part of this team you must be able to prioritise a varying workload and be able to escalate issues appropriately. In addition, ou will work in a global team environment and communicate across different WW regions.

Administer and monitor various tools like O365, Filewave, Lansweeper
Create scripting to increase our automation process (powershell, Google Script)
Troubleshoot desktop / laptop / video conferencing hardware and software issues
Seek and drive continuous improvement in our IT processes and technology area
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects
Prepare and support global meetings and exhibitions
Keep up to date with emerging IT trends to find innovation that will benefits Logitech
Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT related matters
Escalate problems when necessary to management or third party suppliers
Performing basic administrative support when required
Participate in departmental activities including training programs for new technologies
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Knowledge in O365 Application & Administration and user provisioning
Application experience for Google Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, MAC OS and imaging
Solid Knowledge of PC architecture/technology - hardware/driver configuration, problem
Approachable, confident & pleasant towards customers, team player
An ability to multitask and work under pressure
Possess good English communication skills(additional language a plus)
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
4+ years helpdesk experience
Beneficial but not essential, existing Project Management skills
Previous experience in the business sector. Providing application support is an advantage
Education: 3rd level IT Qualifications preferable
