Analyst III - IT Transformation

This role will be responsible for development and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, digital robotic process automation, and process improvement & redesign across range of areas such as Finance & Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Supply Chain and Operations that accelerates our mission.

As an Information Technology Analyst III for Transformation, you will support the management of Transformation related projects with a focus on Project Planning, Communication, Risk Assessment and Product Development lifecycles. This position collects and documents business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts, recommends improvements, develops process documentation and workflows and analyzes trends to ensure that the output of process are achieving the desired results and meeting agreed upon service levels.

Preferred Criteria

* Master's degree
* Transformation/Lean/Entrepreneurial mindset

Required Criteria

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Five years or more of previous work related experience
