Position will provide technical support and development for our Contract Manufacturing Repository, Serialization/ Track-and-Trace, and Facilities Asset Management as well as other platforms and applications; assist with developing next generation solutions including robust data visualization components, based on an understanding of the current CMO integration architecture. Position will also provide operational support for multiple on-premise and cloud based applications; troubleshoot, triage and resolve technical support cases as they arise; assist with the implementation of new features within our application and platforms; engage business stakeholders in a change management process; articulate business problems and develop solution proposals in collaboration with others; build and maintain effective relationships with clients; gather and document business requirements that can be used for problem solving and solution definition; review error logs and system output for opportunities to continuously improve operations; and identify areas of production support and administration that can be transitioned to a managed services vendor performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of the following: Demonstrable analytics and systems integration experience; Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing processes; Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application interface processing issues; Demonstrable knowledge of database visualization tools; Demonstrable ability to develop and execute SQL queries and updates; Experience with Informatica, Talend or similar ETL tools.
